Originally licensed in 1985 Bryan is a third generation Realtor proudly following in the footsteps of father Doug, and Great Grandfather George. Since earning his license he had undertaken to complete the required training to reach the pinnacle of training available to Real Estate Professionals earning the right to use the FRI and CRES designations (Retired) and finally in November 2000, Bryan earned the coveted R.I.(B.C.) designation which is only awarded to persons who have accomplished the highest degree of professional training and experience throughout the Province of British Columbia. FELLOW OF THE REAL ESTATE INSTITUTE OF CANADA The FRI (Fellow of the Real Estate Institute) designation is Canada's most senior and established real estate designation. Holding the FRI signifies a real estate education that exceeds all agent (sales) and broker licensing requirements PLUS experience that assures a practitioner with knowledge, not just information. - inactive CERTIFIED REAL ESTATE SPECIALIST - (CRES) The CRES member is an individual who has balanced knowledge in all areas of real estate. It is earned by only the top performers, who have demonstrated exceptional skills, training, experience and commitment that have gone above and beyond any provincial licensing requirements.
